Team eligibility is determined by your player's birth year as shown below. Please make sure your player is registered to the correct program.

Ages: January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2019

Putnam hockey offers two learn to play opportunities. We have a full season Mini Mite program or offer 10 week programs with the NYR learn to play program.
